The flowers out front are looking so pretty. I love this time of year when all the flowers are coming up and looking so pretty. As you can see Casey loves to check out the flowers as well.
A creation of my from a week ago. A yummy combo of green beans, carrots, corn, radishes, mushrooms, steak and shrimp. Orzo cooked in a pan and then finished with the veggies to soak up the rest of the juice. Served with some crusty bread and salad. It was a hit for the entire family. Always a plus with a picky five year old at the table.
This is my veggie garden starters. Casey and I planted peas, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, and onions. Its done pretty good in the front window. Now we just need the weather outside to get to a planting time.
So thats what we have been up to. With Easter this weekend and Caseys birthday its going to be a busy week. Hopefully I can get some pictures and then get them on line. Today we are going to color eggs. Casey loves to color them but not eat them. Not a problem, Brent and I will enjoy them fully.
